Misuse of information ::E.g. - The disclose or eliciting of confidential information to obtain a personal or third party benefit. Failures in the protection of the privacy and personal data of employees, clients, suppliers, community and any other.
Misuse of company assets ::E.g. Inappropriate use of assets as funds, vehicles, facilities, tools, machinery, computer equipment, company software, etc.
Violation of policies and procedures ::E.g. - Deliberate or unintentional actions that go in direct violation of the company's policies, procedures, codes of ethic or implicit contractual responsibilities. (Examples include: security, Internet use, corporate guidelines)
Fraud / Extortion ::E.g. The act of deceiving, stealing or criminally taking personal or company property.
Conflict of Interest ::E.g. A situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity. (Examples: inappropriate relationships with vendors, customers or suppliers, corruption, etc.)
Abuse or incorrect use of authority ::E.g. - When a superior takes advantage of his command for his own benefit or to treat a person improperly, incorrectly, improperly, unlawfully or illegally.
Harassment ::E.g. - Verbal or physical conduct that is not conducive and causes discomfort to a person due to his / her gender, religion, ethnic background or beliefs. (Examples can be given in hiring, assignments, dismissals, promotions, benefits, trainings, language and treatment towards a person).
Discrimination ::E.g. - Humiliation motivated for racial grounds, age, nationality, customs, sex, political affiliations, sexual preference, physical characteristics, beliefs, among others. Decisions made based on these elements.
Violence ::E.g. - Violence is the act or intent to cause injury or harm to a person or property. (Examples include this type of acts in a direct, covert, conditional, violent manner).
Sabotage or vandalism ::E.g. - The destruction of the belongings of the company of a person (such as tools or materials) or the obstruction of production.
Substance abuse ::E.g. - Incorrect use of illegal and authorized drugs, including alcohol. Being under the influence of these substances and/or consuming, distributing, transporting, selling or possessing any type of prohibited drug.
Discredit ::E.g. - Intentionally damaging the prestige of a person or a company.
Inappropriate behavior ::E.g. - Behaving in an intentional misconception; Specifically: deliberate breach of a law or standard.
Insecure working conditions ::E.g. - Failure to comply with safety standards necessary to carry out all activities in a safe environment putting at risk the personnel, material resources and/or the environment. (Examples can include: poor cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.)
Environmental damage ::E.g. Pollution of rivers, lakes, nature reserves or direct impacts to the ecosystem in a conscious manner.
Customer service ::E.g. Customer requests, complaints about deficiencies in service and customer service.
Quality of the product ::E.g. Poor quality or poor condition of company products. Products with defects in packaging, opened, etc.
Payment issues ::E.g. - Lack of payments, payments in excess, or under the contractual agreements.
Others ::E.g. - Other issues not described in the classification above.
